This is a super easy cheap St Paddy's day decoration. At most Dollar stores you can find silver trays. They come rectangle, oval, or round shape. I had a rectangle one on hand. I took a Vintage St. Patrick's day post card, courtesy of The graphics fairy, glued it to a piece of scrapbook paper that I had cut to the size of the inside ridge of the tray. Then I used either double side tape or glue stick to adhere it to the tray. And, viola!
