What you will need:
2 boxes cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 jar pepper jelly
your favourite crackers or crostini
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Take the cream cheese and load it into a large zip lock bag. Snip a corner of the zip lock bag off. This makes your zip lock and instant pipping bag. Pipe about half of the cream cheese in a big mound on a plate. Smooth it out with a knife until is resembles a ball cut in half. Use the remaining cream cheese to pipe the brain. I copied a picture I found on
Martha Stewart's website. Then pour your green slime (pepper jelly) all over the brain and serve.
